Started from October 11th 2004, apart from the existing Taipei to Nangan, Taipei to Beigan routes, the Uni Air has added Taichung to Nangan route into its flight operation; travelers will have more choices.

Tai Ma Liner is the main sea public transportation that operates between Keelung Harbor, Dongyin Harbor and Nangan Harbor. The schedule may change due to weather condition or maintenance.

Travel duration：
Taiwan to Matsu： Ticketing at 7：30 PM, Boarding at 9：00 PM, Depart from Keelung at 10：00 PM, Overnight accommodation, traveling duration 8-10 hours.
Nangan to Taiwan： Ticketing at 7:30AM, Boarding at 8：30, Depart from Nangan at 9：30 am，arriving Keelung in the afternoon between 5：00PM to 6：30 PM.
Dongyin to Taiwan：Ticketing a night before at 7：00 PM, Boarding on an even date at 11：00 PM; boarding on an odd date at 6：00 PM, arriving Keelung next day in the afternoon between 5：00PM to 6：30 PM
